Loop diagram on task size

I ran across this loop diagram on how task size affects all other points in a continuous integration environment.




I’m also impressed with the loop diagram – I’ve never seen one before this one posted above.  The easiest way to read it for me is to replace the s with + and the o with –, or s as an increase and o as a decrease.  For example from above, you could read an increase in task size, then changeset will increase.  And if changeset increases, then the average time to fix the build will increase.  And as build time fix increases, then build availability decreases.  And so on…
